Early Insights Program
Overview
The Early Insights program gives Atria customers and users an opportunity to see and influence what we are building before new features are released. We share early concepts, designs, and prototypes, gather feedback, and use those insights to shape Atria's roadmap.
The program builds on past collaboration with customers and formalizes how we involve you earlier in the development process.
Think of this as a focus group, but we are opening this up to anyone who consumes product who is ready to give us feedback during the development process.
How It Works
- We identify upcoming features or ideas under consideration.
- We prepare early materials such as diagrams, design concepts, or prototype views.
- We share these materials with Early Insights participants.
- You provide feedback asynchronously or through scheduled calls or sessions.
- We incorporate what we learn into product planning and delivery.
What We Share
- Product blueprints or design concepts created during planning.
- Early UI or workflow walkthroughs.
- Demo's of features that are actively being developed, which could be production ready or early in development.
- Technical approaches or integration patterns.
- Known constraints or tradeoffs we want feedback on.
This will not impact our current development stream - We plan to use this opportunity to review our features and changes before they are released, which entails a better product that fits wider usecases.
Depending on what is shared, it may be available on our demo environment for you to log in and provide us feedback on the feature ready to be released.
What's an example of this?
We have been working on reworking the Authentication within the platform. We had a working demo of this before a release, and when talking through with customers who have requested this feature we have found extra features we can add while it's still under active development, or how we can make improvements to the feature before it is even released.
This means that you are getting features that fit your business requirements without seeing it on our release notes and having to try it yourself.
Benefits
- Influence product direction before features are finalized.
- Get early visibility into upcoming capabilities.
- Help ensure new features solve real-world problems.
- Steer us to make sure that we are solving your problems that is holding your team back
- Strengthen collaboration between your team and ours.
- Direct stream between your team and our product team, without needing to go through intermediaries for feature requests or changes.
Customer Discovery
Early Insights is also a way for us to learn what matters most to you before ideas enter the roadmap. Your input helps guide which concepts we explore and prioritize next.
When a blueprint is suitable for broader input, we will share it with the wider Early Insights group. Customer-specific items will remain targeted.
